This weekly adventure provides a truly unique opportunity to explore the natural, cultural and culinary delights of a true, unspoiled Mexican town.

Itinerary:

Day 1
Transfer from airport to Todos Santos and check into your hotel. Welcome briefing at 9 PM

Day 2
Morning: Historical Tour of Todos Santos. Tour the beautiful historic district and learn about the colorful Chinese, American and Mexican residents that have shaped the town over the years. Visit the galleries of local artists who have made their home in and draw their inspiration from Todos Santos.
Lunch: Welcome lunch at lovely cactus-garden restaurant.
Afternoon: La Poza Hill and Beach Walk: an absolutely lovely, 90-minute walk that shows the best of what Baja has to offer, from the terrific views of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains to the east, to the beach meeting the ocean to the est

Day 3
Morning: Desert Triple Waterfall Adventure. Hike through incredible desert canyon featuring 3 waterfalls and fantastic desert scenery. 4 hours roundtrip, 2.5 hours walking. Picnic lunch at waterfall.
Evening: Champagne, Stars and Cactus. Beautiful evening of bird watching and star-gazing with local astronomer, followed by dinner at the elegant El Gusto restaurant

Day 4
All day: Swimming with the Sea Lions. A truly incredible experience, snorkeling and playing with the sea lion pups at the permanent sea lion colony of Los Islotes
Evening: free for dinner in Todos Santos. You will be supplied by an annotated list of restaurants.

Day 5
Daytime: Trip to La Candelaria Mountain Pottery Artisans, a fantastic opportunity to experience the traditional way of life of the mountain ranchers in Baja. You will meet local pottery artisans in a true mountain oasis and Doņa Ramona will give you a pottery class and teach you how to make tortillas in the traditional way.
Early Evening: Mexican cooking lessons with local chef Iker Algorri where you can eat what you make!

Day 6
Morning: Cliff Walk and Beach Picnic. Amazing scenery featuring sea lions, birds, whales and cactus
Evening: Farewell dinner at Cafe Santa Fe, widely acclaimed as the best restaurant in Baja

Day 7
Breakfast and transfer to airport for departure (if you are leaving Baja California)

Children day care can be arranged at any point throughout the trip, although you should give at least one week's advance notice to make arrangements.
