Glocaltravel offers detailed information about accommodation and tour providers throughout Mexico.
We are not acting as traditional travel agents as we do not mark up the prices provided by properties and tour organizers: accommodation/tour providers guarantee that the rates published on Glocaltravel are the same rates you would be quoted if you were booking directly with them. Often our online rates are even lower, as we negotiate special deals with the accommodation/tour providers, thanks to the free promotion and exposure they get on our website and the turnover they receive through our online services.
We advise all our customers to read and understand our Terms and Conditions carefully. To make a booking with accommodation or tour providers, you must accept and agree with all Terms and Conditions set out below.

Information on the Website

All information presented on the website's lodging and tours sections has been provided by the individual accommodation/tour provider. Although great care has been taken to ensure the information provided online is correct, Glocaltravel does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Glocaltravel will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of revenue or any damages which result from the direct or indirect use of any information provided on our website. We make every effort to keep the information on the website as up to date as possible.

Reservations

Completing the reservation form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Glocaltravel will send you a voucher as confirmation of your reservation by e-mail with a summary of all reservation details and a booking reference number. Your reservation will be guaranteed only when this email is sent. We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at reception without your voucher.

Reservations and requests are immediately processed by our customer service agents during office hours. However there may be a short delay in confirmation as Glocaltravel customer service agents are subject to response delay from the accommodation/tour providers.

Reservations can only be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid until the end of your stay or with the payment of a deposit through Paypal. When a credit card is provided, the details will be passed directly to the accommodation/tour provider to guarantee your booking.

We are secure

When you make a reservation with GloCaltravel your credit card details will never be transmitted via email or through non-secure channels. Deposit will be requested through Paypal, the leader online payments service provider.

Payment

The confirmation email contains a statement of the total amount payable. If a deposit or full prepayment is required this will be clearly stated on the accommodation/tour provider's payment policy, so please check before completing your reservation. The amount of such deposit is specified on the voucher, together with the balance, which is payable on arrival/departure directly to the accommodation/tour provider.

Modifications and Cancellations

Glocaltravel will not charge you for any reservation modification or cancellation.
Cancellation policies vary according to the individual accommodation/tour providers. Please check the cancellation policy clearly for the property/tour you book before completing your reservation.

Liability

The reservation contract is between the customer and the accommodation/tour provider. In the event that an accommodation/tour provider fails to honour a reservation after it has been confirmed, it will be the responsibility and duty of the accommodation/tour provider to provide an alternative solution for the customer and to assume any associated expenses.
Glocaltravel is only the facilitator and cannot be held financially liable for any reservation that has been accepted by the accommodation/tour provider and confirmed to the customer, that is then not honoured.
If you have any complaints during your stay, you must address the complaints directly to the accommodation/tour providers. Glocaltravel accepts no liability of any kind. However as we believe in our customer care charter, we will ensure that the accommodation/tour providers do everything possible to resolve your complaint.

Glocaltravel will not be responsible for modifications or cancellations due to reasons or situations that are beyond its control and/or beyond the control of the accommodation/tour providers' (i.e. war or threats of war, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, etc…)


Privacy Policy

100% privacy guaranteed. We respect your privacy. All data submitted to Glocaltravel is kept totally confidential. We do not share our customers' personal data with third party persons or companies.

The downloading of any information, copying or transferring of data from this website is strictly prohibited. The information provided on this site is for the sole use of our customers making reservations.
