The Guacamole can be served as starter together with taco chips and tostadas, as garnish sauce for grilled meat and fish, or inside tacos and burritos.

Adrian is the Manager of the Villa Vitta Hotel in Bahia de Los Angeles. Occasionally, he enjoys preparing dinner for his guests, and we were so lucky we had the chance to try his fajitas!!

The Chillies in Walnut Sauce dish is originally from the Puebla state, even though it is so widespread that it became the typical Mexican dish.

The Pozole is a very recurring meal in Mexico; it is taken especially when there is an important celebration.

 
Pozole de Jalisco (Jalisco style Pozole - Mexican maize soup)  
  

Some people state that the original pozole de Jalisco is the white one, others that it is the red pozole, the one made with grounded chillies dissolved in the broth.
