| Ingredients (4 persons)
2 ripe avocados
2 Chiles serranos
2 ripe vine tomatoes
Half lime juice
Half small Onion
1 Garlic clove
Extra-virgin olive oil (2 teaspoons)
Fresh Coriander
Salt
Cut the avocados, carve out the flesh and crush it with a fork.
Chop the onion and the garlic finely, then cut the chiles in thin slices and the tomatoes in small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients with the olive oil, then add some coriander leaves (finely chopped) and the lime juice.
Add some salt if you like, but only just before serving to avoid the avocado blackening.
