Policies

Cancellations: The 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the moment of the reservation and it is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

The remaining 90% of your stay will be charged at the hotel upon departure.

Last minute cancellations (24 hours before arrival): the equivalent of 1 night accommodation will be charged. Packages: 30% of package price.

No-Shows: the equivalent of 2 nights accommodation will be charged.
Packages: 50% of package price.

Children policy: Children between 0-6 stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Children between 6-12 get a 50% discount on adult rate when sharing with 2 adults.

Christmas and New Years gala dinners each have a mandatory surcharge of USD 50 per adult, and USD 25 for children from 6 to 12 years. (Half board plan: USD 34 per adult and USD 17 per child 6 to 12 years old)
