Kolem jaa' is an eco tourist development located at 95 km south of Villahermosa, Tabasco, in south-east Mexico.

Within the 27.5 hectares of KolemJaa' you will find everything wildlife and adventure lovers might wish for. From tree-top platforms offering stunning views over the jungle and amazing sunrises to thrilling activities like Rappel (rope climbing) and Tirolesa (zip-line) through waterfalls.

Inside Kolem jaa' you will be experiencing the best adventures in harmony with Nature. The centre is part of an Environmental Protection Program called 'Vita y Desarrollo' (Life & Development) aiming at protecting and promoting eco-tourism.

Amongst the adventure activities you can practice at Kolem jaa' are:

Tirolesa: A 150 meters Zip line for high speed descent which will please the most intrepid adventurer.
Rappel: Rope descent along some waterfalls with professional equipment.
Canopy platforms: For experiencing the heights in the heart of the jungle. You will pass through the tallest trees in the area and enjoy amazing views (11 platforms disposed on a 410 meters area).
Command Trail: combining rappel, tirolesa, climbing, and bridge crossing.

Other activities you can enjoy at Kolem jaa' are Mountain biking, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Camping, and Nature watching in the jungle.
There are also plenty of activities for families, with games between parents and children and special entertainments for the young ones.

Environmental conservation and improvement have been enhanced to protect the peculiar ecosystem of the Tabasco state and the creation of recreational areas has been combined with some native flora and fauna preservation areas, recycling and educational programs, and projects which could envolve and benefit the local communities.
