We do not mark up the prices provided by our suppliers: we give you the same rates you would pay by booking directly with them, thanks to the free promotion and exposure they get on our website.
Rates
Suite single or double occupancy: USD 90-110 (low - high season)
Extra person: USD 20
High season: Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays, Guelaguetza period (11 days from the 2nd Friday to the 4th Monday of July), and Day of the Dead Celebrations (October 28th to November 3rd)
Prices are per room per night and include full breakfast and all taxes.
Policies
Children under 12 years and pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay of two nights.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the moment of the reservation.
The balance will be paid directly on arrival, cash only.
The payment will be requested via Paypal (you can pay by credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account)
Cancellations: Penalty fee is 2 nights during Peak season, and 1 night throughout the rest of the year when cancelling any time up to 30 days before your arrival date.
25% of the total price will be charged if the cancellation is made 29 days to 15 days prior to the date or the arrival date.
For later cancellations or no shows there will be no refund.
