Payment and Cancellations: The 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the moment of the reservation and it is not refundablein the event of a cancellation.
Las Golondrinas requests an extra 40% deposit 60 days prior to arrival date, which is not refundable in the event of a cancellation after that date.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date and it is not refundable in the event of cancellations after that date.
