Prices are per bungalow per night. They do not include 17% government and service tax, but include breakfast.
SPECIAL SUMMER RATES (June-August):

These rates EXCLUDE breakfast and taxes.
Policies
Payment: The 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the moment of the reservation and it is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
CocoCabanas requests an extra deposit of 40% upon confirmation of booking, with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival; or immediately if the arrival date is less than 7 days from the booking date.
Cancellations: If cancellations are made up to 30 days prior to arrival, the 40% deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded (20% of the total stay)
For late cancellations (less than 7 days prior to arrival) the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of a no-show and during holiday periods the total amount of the stay will be held as penalty and no refund at all will be given.
Due to the location and tranquility of CocoCabanas, bringing children under 14 may not be advisable.
Guests with physical disabilities should request the SunMoon Cabana.
Special Offer
Guests staying a minimum of one week will receive 50% off the seventh night.
