El Zopilote Mojado is a colourful and comfortable guesthouse located in Plaza Mexiamora, one of the lovely squares in Guanajuato's historical centre.

Rooms are on the second floor above the guesthouse's Cafe`, a cozy space for breakfast, reading, and meeting people.

There is the Sun Room, with a full size double bed, private beathroom and a balcony overlooking the square, and the Blue Room, with queen size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking an inner patio.
Either of the rooms can be booked together with a third one, the White Room, which does not have a private bathroom and can accommodate up to 2 extra people in your party.
The guests share the bath with either the Blue or the Sun Room, and have a full size double bed and a window overlooking the inner patio.

Together with the Cafe`, guests have at their disposal a sitting room with a balcony overlooking the plaza, a reading/writing room with a comfortable armchair and writing table and a rooftop terrace. Internet Wireless Access is available at no additional charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the sitting and reading rooms; it is permitted only in the cafe` and on the rooftop terrace.

El Zopilote Mojado also offers rooms in another building called Perros Muertos, located on the other side of the Plaza Mexiamora.
The guests' common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a large terrace.
The 4 guest rooms are Pipila, Alhondiga, Embajadoras and Bufa.

Pipila features 2 twin beds and a private bath and Alhondiga a full size double bed, a private bath and beautiful view over the city from its windows.
Embajadoras has a queen size bed and a private bath and is on the same level as the large communal terrace with panoramic views of Guanajuato.
Bufa features a full size bed, private bath and private terrace with panoramic views. The access to the room is through a circular stairway and may not be suitable for guests with physical challenges.

For those planning longer stays or just looking for more independence, the apartments located in Callejon del Infierno (nearby Plaza Mexiamora) are the recommended choice.
They can accommodate 2 people and feature a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a sitting room, a full kitchen and full bathroom.
Guests will have Internet Wireless Access in the Zopilote Mojado Café at no additional charge.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
