La Casa del Tio hostel is the perfect option for our young travellers - as it is located in the heart of Guanajuato's historical centre, right where the young population and students of different nationalities are out and about.

Here you can enjoy both a multicultural ambience, and discover the history and traditons of this fascinating city.

The hostel is located in an old building from the 30s, the only example of Art Deco in town, featuring a huge terrace on top floor with a stunning view over the city and the old narrow alleys which characterize this colonial town.

RATES ARE PER PERSON and include accommodation in dorms with shared facilities or rooms with 2 or 3 beds and private bathroom and breakfast. Linen and towels are provided upon request.

There is a dorm for guys, one for girls, and one mixed: please specify which one you prefer in the Comments/Special request box on the reservation form. Please note the hostel is no smoking.

Extra facilities and services are: free internet access, telephone and fax, security lockers, luggage storage, travel info at the desk, and use of the kitchen.

There is also a BBQ area and bike parking, and the reception is open 24 hours (no curfew).
