We do not mark up the prices provided by our suppliers: we give you the same rates you would pay by booking directly with them, thanks to the free promotion and exposure they get on our website.
Rates
ROOMS:
June-October: USD 75
November-May: USD 125
Rates are per room per night and exclude 13% tax.
CASA COLINA:
June-October 14th: USD 125 per night, or USD 700 per week
October 15th -May: USD 190 per night, or USD 1050 per week
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights in all seasons.
All rates exclude 13% tax. Long term rates are available.
Policies
Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the moment of the reservation.
Cancellations: The 10% of the whole amount is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
For cancellations received up to one moth prior to arrival the rest of the deposit (40% of the total) will be refunded.
For later cancellations or no shows, the deposit will be retained in full.
