In Mexico an average of 35 to 45 millions of people live with only 20 pesos and of those 653,870 are less than 20 years old.

The program Misericordia Para Todos, Mercy for All, is held by Ammac, an NGO operating in cities and little towns of the State of Nuevo León, where more that 20,000 families living in Extreme Poverty.

This Program canalizes free: 160 monthly tons of food, 2 tons of clothes and 2 tons of several articles to different charity institutions as: asylums, orphanages, prisoner’s families, and others.
With the collaboration of 120 volunteers, they make possible this huge labor, and invite you to join and help either with some volunteering, or with furniture or economic help, for which you will get a deductible fiscal receipt.

Manos de Ayuda - Sonora, Northern Mexico


A non-profit, tax-exempt organization of Physical Therapists, Health Care Professionals, and other volunteers based in Tucson Arizona, dedicated to providing humanitarian assistance to disabled children in Northern Mexico.

Manos de Ayuda conducts monthly free clinics in Puerto Penasco, Sonora.
As well as providing medical and rehabilitation services, they coordinate volunteer services, housing and training, and help in the repair and construction of homes and community facilities.

They need speech, occupational and physical therapy clinicians, support staff, nurses, physicians, and helping hands, to assist at the monthly free clinics. The ability to speak Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Credentials or licenses are not required. Basic identification with a photo is needed for the border crossing.
